An Herbal Tisane (contains no Camellia Sinensis Leaf – the tea leaf). Rooibos is from the South African “red bush” and produces liquor that tastes much like tea. 100% caffeine free and is rich in vitamin c, mineral salts, proteins and more antioxidants than green tea! It tastes much like tea - with or without milk.
A wonderful evening tea because there is no caffeine. Good hot or cold. With or without sugar and cream. I like some of the flavored rooibos (such as Cappuccino Cream) in place of dessert.
