Green Tea and Rooibos Assortment

Each tea is packaged in a 1 ounce bag. An ounce of tea leaves brews approximately 8-14 cups of tea.

Strawberry and Cream Green - A delicious blend of organic green Sencha tea, organic Fog tea, Pai Mu tan, Lung Ching, and Genmaicha. Infused with flavors of strawberry bits, strawberry flavoring and sunflower blossoms. This has such a fine flavor with subtle notes of fruity strawberries. As the tea cools - it has a very sweet strawberry flavor.

Morning Mist Green Tea - Green tea from Yunnan (maybe original home of the camellia sinensis tea plant) It has a robust long leaf style - Good body with hints of smokiness.

Cappuccino Cream Rooibos (African Redbush) - Rooibos mixed with caramel cream bits and marigold blossoms. There is no caffeine and it creates a very pretty reddish liquor.

Green Tea: Purified water just to boiling (approx. 203 F) 1 teaspoon tea per cup Steep for 2-3 minutes

Rooibos: Purified water just to boiling (approx. 203 F) 1 1 1/2 teaspoon rooibos per cup Steep for 3-5 minutes.
