Enjoy a private tea in our 1913, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home tucked inside Historic Downtown Liberty, Missouri. A perfect venue for all types of showers, birthdays, Christmas, and every other reason to celebrate one another!
343 W. Liberty Drive is 2 ½ blocks southwest of the Downtown Liberty Square and just across the street from our Teashop and The Terrace Avenue Inn bed and breakfast. Hostesses may relax and enjoy your own party while we do the rest!

A Private Tea at 343

• Minimum of 18 guests. Suitable for up to 40 guests.
• Tea meal, tea service, and clean up fully included.
• Cost is $270.00 plus tax. This provides a full tea meal for 18 guests. Extra guests are $15.00 plus tax.
• ½ down due as a deposit to secure tea party date.
• Final payment and final headcount are due 5 days prior to tea party date.
• Tea parties last between 1-2 hours.

• Anna Marie’s Teas will manage the guest list, ticket sale collection, and individual confirmations to each member.
• Group is responsible for 18 guest minimum.
• $19.00 plus tax per person.

Directions: We provide exact directions and parking options on the private tea confirmation. We strongly encourage providing our directions to your guests. Online maps/directions are typically confusing or wrong due to the historical streets.
Payment and Headcount: Exact headcount and final payment due 5 days prior to event date.
Arriving for Tea: One hostess may arrive to set up 15 minutes prior to scheduled tea time. Guests should arrive at the scheduled tea party time and to consider carpooling.
