What is Anna Marie's Teas?

Anna Marie’s Teas and The Terrace Avenue Inn offer many tea experiences. We are not a tea room or restaurant – we host tea experiences in two historic homes in Liberty, Missouri. Not just any tea party – our tea experiences are delightfully extravagant! Each tea party boasts its own theme. Food and decor is chosen specially for each tea party. But, do expect each time to enjoy our fine linens, china, and silver.

The Bohnet House

at 343 West Liberty Drive is where we host our tea parties. Dress as you wish – fancy or casual. Some tea parties host up to 40+ and some are quite small and intimate. Tables are set up throughout the first floor of the 1913 home. Typically, you will be seated at a separate tea table but occasionally with our guest list you may be seated with another group. Tea parties usually last about 2 hours.

Anna Marie’s Teashop inside of The Terrace Avenue Inn is directly across the street & driveway of The Bohnet House. Within walking distance of your tea party you are able to see and smell our fine loose leaf teas and all of our tea accessories. We have all you need to host a delightful tea party in your own home!

Tickets and Times:

Tickets: $19.00 plus tax. Christmas Tea & Tour: $25.00 plus tax.
Tea Times: 10:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. We begin seating our guests at 10:25 a.m. and 2:25 p.m.
Evening tea parties, such as the Christmas Candlelight Tea, begin at 6:30 p.m. Seating for an evening tea is at 6:25 p.m.
Seating is limited. Call early to purchase your tickets!

We prefer tickets be purchased in pairs to accommodate the limited seating.

Directions:

The Bohnet House
343 West Liberty Drive
From I-35.
Take the Liberty Exit 152. Go East. This will turn into Kansas Street.
Turn right/south onto 291 highway
Turn left/east at next major intersection – Liberty Drive
Turn right onto Terrace Street (small side street that on right)
Driveway is immediately on left. 3 story brick home with orange tile roof.
If you go through funny little stoplight – veering to the right – you’ve gone one street too far.

Parking

Parking is limited. Please plan to carpool as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Tea Party Tickets are non-refundable. All tickets are transferable and can be resold or given as gifts.

Inclement Weather:

We host our tea parties in every kind of weather and rarely do we cancel any tea party. Please plan accordingly for necessary rides during the winter months.

You may call the morning of the party on the house phone. Please note, unless the tea party is canceled by us, we are unable to transfer your ticket to another tea party. We truly apologize for any inconvenience.
