About Us

Loving tea. This is how it all started. In 1994 our family opened Anna Marie’s Gift Shop in Liberty, Missouri. While running the store we quickly developed the delightful enjoyment of drinking premium loose leaf tea. As each year unfolded, we broadened our own enjoyment of tea and began hosting tea parties in Brenda’s 1913 historical home at 343 W. Liberty Drive. The love for tea has taken us down many roads and opened up opportunities for many friendships.

Now, Anna Marie’s is managed at two locations.

In this vintage bungalow guest cottage you will find www.annateashop.com: A carefully chosen selection of premium loose leaf teas, tea equipment, tea gifts, as well as a few select collectibles. In our guest cottage, The Terrace Avenue Inn, we have the master bedroom suite and one other bedroom.

About Our Product

Our selection of very fine premium tea is the product of research and education, tea tasting, and listening to our local customers. Our product offerings wouldn’t be so extensive if it weren’t for our own passion for this very healthy drink. We also offer two Exclusive Tea Blends of our own. Scarlett's Romantic Tea and Chocolate Apricot.

New studies and results are published constantly about drinking tea for losing weight, preventing cancer, helping with cholesterol, and helping with the heart - the benefits go on and on.

Most importantly, the tea drinking life style is a vehicle to help each of us slow down and “smell the roses”. The one benefit that cannot be underestimated is tea tastes so…good! Please be sure to peek at our two private Tea Blends: Scarlett's Romantic Tea and Chocolate Apricot.

Shipping Information:

We ship all orders to the forty-eight contiguous United States via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with the tea you order from annateashop.com and we will gladly exchange or refund teas that were purchased within 30 days of receipt. In order to keep our shipping charges down, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted tea back to annateashop.com or the cost of shipping the replacement tea to you.
