Our Blackberry Mint is one of our private tea blends. Blackberry Mint is an English-inspired tea blend. A bold, yet supremely smooth, black tea is blended with sweet blackberry and a tiny hint of mint. Add a touch of honey or sugar to Blackberry Mint to draw out the fruit flavors. As served as a hot tea the fruits of blackberry and strawberry are strong. But, as Blackberry Mint cools the flavors sweeten and the mint notes come forth. Takes well to milk and sugar as a hot tea. Refreshing mint when poured over ice. Blackberry Mint debuted at our Downton Abbey Farewell Tea in February 2016. -

As a fall and winter classic, our Mulling Spices can be used in cider, fruit juice, or red wine. You can even add a dash to a pot of hot water to make your house smell divine! All ready to go in a steeping-ready bag. Enough mulling spices to add to one full gallon of cider, juice, or wine. Recipes: Hot Spiced Cider Simmer 4 tablespoons of mulling spice with 1 gallon of Apple cider in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Strain and serve hot in mugs. Hot Spiced Wine Simmer just below boiling point 4 tablespoons mulling spice with 1 gallon of red wine in saucepan for 15 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Strain and serve hot in mugs. -
