Raw Avocado Pudding

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1-2 drops of mint extract
  • Blend all in a food processor unil smooth. Chill – serve cold.
